Before Going Public

Use this every month before sharing the poll.

Download backup JSON. Create or update the monthly poll. Confirm poll title is correct. Confirm start and end dates are correct. Confirm the song list loads quickly. Test one public vote using a test email. Test duplicate vote warning. Test presenter vote with a test presenter. Confirm current Top 10 loads. Confirm GoDaddy embed page looks correct. Confirm Previous Results page opens. Confirm at least one named admin account works. Confirm shared admin fallback is disabled or intentionally still enabled.

Keep it simple

Once the poll is live, avoid unnecessary changes unless there is a real issue.

Backup first

Always export before major edits or deletes.
